Angella has 20 plus years of food service experience working at renowned places in Jamaica, such as the Enchanted Gardens Resort and Runaway Bay Heart Academy, and at the Culinary Institute in Riverside, California. Angella also lived in Bristol, England, where she catered extensively and promoted Jamaican food on BBC Radio and Channel 4 TV. She was part owner of the acclaimed Tropical Grill Restaurant in Corona, California.
